Set aside a second and inquire about that very important question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that we perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. Just how can this be? By the energy of our mind. Your brain simply can just only see what it believes, which is why we need to release false beliefs. In the long run, the spiritual journey becomes exactly about facing this unconscious fear. This is the transformation of the projected world into peace. Whenever we perceive something fearful, we can always allow ourselves to take a moment to pause as opposed to react. By going for a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in exactly how we see things, and we can begin to let go of habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors acim podcast apple. We then begin to open around inspiration. Fears Can Become Possibilities When there is fear in your head it's the ego actively attacking your peace of mind. This leads to plenty of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's vital that you have the ability to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” When you are able to see your fears and what's to their rear, you can really get into the effectiveness of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's very little that could threaten you. Then your fear inevitably needs to leave.
